1. Delivery times

Delivery estimates are set by sellers and shown at checkout. Nationwide delivery across Nigeria is supported where sellers offer it.

Each seller is responsible for packaging and handing off orders to couriers or direct delivery within stated timelines.

Tracking details appear in your order timeline when provided by the seller or integrated courier.

Weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions may delay delivery. Contact the seller first; escalate via dispute if unresolved.

Report non-delivery through the dispute flow. We may mediate between buyer and seller based on evidence.
